Toilets

On site there are two trailer units with flushing toilets and running water facilities. There are still some basic portaloo's and mens urinals on site. If you are a member, then there are facilities within the Rugby Club and executive trailer facilities within the ring-side viewing area.

Childrens Facilities

Baby Changing and breast feeding facilities are situated inside the Kids 1st marquee with the creche and childrens activities. Located adjacent to the fairground rides in area K. Marked on this map as the creche and lost children marquee.

Come and join the Kids 1st team for lots of fun and games. They will provide soft play, arts and crafts, games and changing and feeding area.

Disabled Facilities

Disabled car parks will be clearly signposted on the day of the show. There is NO disabled parking on the actual showfield, all disabled parking is within the member's car park and access is via a tarmac road. We provide disabled toilets on the show field, all toilet facilities are 'Portaloo's'. The disabled toilets are marked on the map.

If you are experiencing difficulty with these toilets please contact the Secretaries portacabin on the showfield, as there is one disabled toilet in the member's area, but access would need to be arranged with a member of the committee. There are no hoists nor disabled changing facilities. At present, there is no designated disabled viewing area, although there is a ramp into the Grandstand where the viewing is great, but again this is limited to approx 3 wheelchairs.

For walking disabled the rough terrain can become slippy and uneven, the showfield is very spread out and a lot of walking is required. The show does not have any 'mobility' scooter facilities, if you do bring your own please note that the showfield does get very congested at times.

Disabled carers wishing to have a refund on their ticket, must pay full price at the main gates and go to the secretary tent (in front of the Club House) to receive their refund.
